Villa Moscatelli is a luxury self catering villa available for weekly villa rental. It nestles in the countryside within walking distance of the village of Calzolaro in north Umbria, on the border with Tuscany. The medieval towns of Città di Castello, Montone and Umbertide are 15km away, with Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno all within easy reach.

The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The downstairs area is open plan, entering into a large hallway with stairs leading to the first floor ahead and the sitting room to the left. Passing under a stone archway from the sitting room brings you to the fabulous Snaidero kitchen and breakfast area and beyond to the dining room. There are french doors that open on to sunny terraces from the sitting room and dining room making the villa perfect for summer living…Children are welcome when part of the villa rental group.

There are paved terraces around the villa with table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrella for dining alfresco.

A short walk through the landscaped gardens filled with lavender banks, rosemary, thyme, fig and olive trees, takes you to the eco-friendly swimming pool, with more tables and chairs and sun loungers.
